Banks lose key foreclosure ruling in top Massachusetts court

We have a possible game changing decision in the fraudulent foreclosures nationwide.  The highest court in Massachusetts’ court voided the seizure of two homes.  The banks involved US Bancorp and Wells Fargo & Co could not prove they held the mortgages of the foreclosed homes.   This is key because banks around the country have forclosed on homes where they could not produce the original note, this decision could slow down the foreclosure process.
